The Pilates Method is a global system of resistance training that uses the combination of body weights and springs to strengthen and lengthen the body. After your session you will feel stronger, taller, flexible, balanced and more aware of your body.

Pilates Time is a fully equipped studio of highly qualified and motivated teachers experienced in both traditional and contemporary Pilates Methods.


Our private and semi-private sessions give a deeper learning experience as they are customized to your body’s specific needs. Individual instruction delivers a comprehensive understanding of the principles of the Pilates method utilizing the full system of the Pilates Equipment.

Pilates Equipment Classes

We teach small group equipment classes (with a maximum of 4 participants). The equipment used includes the Reformer, the Chair and the Jump Board. Small classes allow us to offer you a fun and energetic environment focused on great results.

Mat Classes

Our group mat classes (with a maximum of 6 participants) ensure that each client gets full attention during the workout. Pilates Time Mat Classes include small props for variation.
